Warranty & Returns

If you are not happy with your Cacoon for any reason, you can simply return your purchase and we will refund you in full after receiving the returned item.

To receive a full refund

  •  you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods that you plan to make a return
  •  you must contact us before returning your goods
  •  returns must be made to us within 14 days of receiving your goods

Who pays for a return?

  •  we pay if the goods you receive are incorrect, faulty or damaged
  •  you pay for any other reason

Returns form

  •  please print out our returns form and include it with your return
  • download returns form > (links to pdf)
  • the returns address is on the form
  •  items returned without a returns form will incur a $5 restocking fee

Packaging

  •  returns must be sent back in the same condition as when they reached you
  •  returns must be sent back in the original packaging (we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in the original or damaged packaging)
  •  for your own protection please use a trackable service when returning any goods

Refunds

  •  if you want a refund, we will reverse the transaction automatically and we won't need your card details, just the returns form filled in

Exchange

  •  if you want to exchange for a different Cacoon we will send the new item out once we have received the return
  •  if the new item is less expensive we will refund the difference, if it is more expensive we will email you a link where you can pay the difference
